I'm Minu Mohan, and I run Neural Edge AI right here in Austin. If you're a contractor, GC, or engineering firm in Central Texas trying to figure out what to do about AI, you don't need another vendor flying in from out of state to sell you software. You need somebody who's sat inside firms like yours, seen how the work actually moves, and knows the difference between a real fix and a shiny new tool that ends up collecting dust. That's what I do. And I do it from here.

Who I work with

I work with small and midsize commercial construction and AEC firms, usually somewhere between 10 and 150 people. GCs, specialty contractors, civil and structural engineering firms. If you've got a team, repeat projects, and information that lives in too many places at once, that's my lane. You don't have to be big to need this. You just need enough going on that things start falling through the cracks. Estimates take too long to put together. Handoffs between preconstruction and the field lose details. Your best people are stretched too thin because everything routes through them.

What I actually do

I don't walk in and sell you a tool. I walk in and figure out where your workflow is breaking down, then fix that. AI comes in where it genuinely helps, not because it's trendy.

Plumb Line Diagnostic

A structured look at your workflows to find out where time, information, and handoffs are getting lost. You walk away with a clear picture of where the real opportunities are, not a sales pitch.

Workflow Transformation Sprint

Once we know where the problem is, this is where we fix it. We redesign the workflow, bring in the right tools where they help, and get your team using the new system for real.

Team Training

Tools only work if people actually use them. I train your team on the real work they do every day, not generic demos that don't connect to anything, and I show them how to use AI in their own day-to-day work, not just how to run a new system.

AI Workshops & Speaking

Practical, hands-on sessions on using AI in real work for teams, associations, and conferences. From a short education talk to a half-day working workshop with a real deliverable.

Why local matters

I'm based in Austin, and I work with firms across Central Texas, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. I can be in your office. I understand Texas construction, the way projects get bid here, and the way crews and offices actually talk to each other. I also work with firms outside Central Texas when the fit is right. Being based in Austin doesn't mean Austin is the only place I help.

My background

I didn't come to this from the outside. I started my career in construction operations, including fieldwork on a major airport expansion project, so I've actually stood on a jobsite and understood how decisions move between the field and the office. I've got a civil engineering degree on top of that, but the jobsite time is what actually taught me how construction work runs. From there, I spent years in program management, account management, and client services, including leading change management for enterprise clients at an international consulting firm. That's where I learned how to help a team actually adopt a new way of working, not just hand them a tool and walk away. I bring that same discipline here, sized for a firm like yours. People first. Process second. Tools last. That's not a slogan I made up for a sales page. That's genuinely how I work.

What happens when you reach out?

We get on a call. You tell me what's actually going on, the stuff that bugs you, the stuff that's costing you time. I ask questions. No pitch deck, no pressure. By the end, you'll know whether this is worth pursuing, and if it is, what the next step looks like. Book a 30-minute call, and let's talk about what's slowing your team down.
